Ingrid Berghmans (born in Koersel, 24 August 1961) is a former judoka from Belgium, who after her marriage became known as Ingrid Vallot.
She was the face of Belgian judo in the late 1970s and 1980s alongside Robert Van De Walle, and she was named Belgian Sportswoman of the Year a record eight times.
Berghmans is one of the most successful female judoka in the history of the sport with six world titles; a world record until Ryoko Tani won her seventh world title in 2007.
She won the Open class in 1980, 1982, 1984 and 1986, and at under 72 kg in 1984 and 1989, and has also won four silver medals and a bronze. She also captured the title at the 1988 Summer Olympics in the 72 kg division when women's judo was still a demonstration sport, and was European champion at 72 kg in 1985, 1988, 1989 and Open in 1983, 1987 and 1988.
